All orders placed on The Childrens Adventure Trust ("CAFT") website are subject by the purchaser to acceptance of our terms & conditions set out below.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Currently we do not accept Diners Card or Amex.
CAFT will only charge for goods once the items ordered have been despatched. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock you will not be charged for them until they have been despatched to you. You will be advised by e-mail as soon as possible if your order is delayed or we are unable to complete it. If a delay does occur then we will give you an estimated delivery date for that item.
CAFT will not pass on your e-mail address or any of your details to any other person or company.
DELIVERY
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible subject to payment acceptance and availability of stock. If there are any delays we will inform you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.
Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.
Postage and Packing charges orders are £1.50 in a flat rate.
VAT at 15% is included in the purchase price of all items within the EEC. For items sent outside the EEC we will deduct the relevant tax once your order is received and inform you by e-mail of the amended amount. Please note that all orders sent to USA and the Rest of World may be subject to local import duties and taxes; these charges plus any charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you, the customer.
RETURNS
CAFT is happy to exchange or refund items provided they are returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date at the customers’ expense. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that charges for postage will not be refunded.
To return any items for exchange/refund please complete the returns form and attach the returns label to your parcel.
On receipt of the goods we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
